LOCAL ARRANGEMENTS

Fees

There is no workshop fee. Limited support for travel and accommodation is foreseen for participants from new Member States, Candidate and Potential Candidate Countries. Participants requiring financial support should indicate this to the local organiser (nemea.4.local@ujf.cas.cz ) and to the NEMEA-4 secretariat ( jrc-irmm-nemea-4@ec.europa.eu ) and also via reservation form . They will be informed of the criteria for eligibility and the specific arrangements.

Participants that pay for themselves may benefit from the assistance of local organizers (hotel suggestions, transport information, etc.). They could optionally pay for lunch at the venue and for workshop events (reception and workshop dinner). They should indicate to the local organizers their options at the reservation form .

Registration

The registration to the meeting goes via the reservation form as well. Therefore, we ask also those wishing to attend and not taking any of the arrangements to fill the form.

Lodging

Supported participants shall be lodged at the hotel close to the workshop venue.

Information about the place will be given at this web page from Sept 23.

For the participants that pay for themselves, hotel suggestions in the vicinity of the workshop place are found at reservation form where the hotel reservation can be made as well. Hotel payment is done at the hotel desk, cancellation conditions are given at reservation form. Please, consider that the period of the conference is still a high tourist season in Prague and make your hotel reservation soon.

Local transport information.

Transfer from airport and/or railway station to the hotel can be ordered for 600 CZK (about 20 EUR). Details are found at reservation form. Instructions how to use the public transportation system are here (3 pdf pages).

Lunch

Lunch is served for the supported participants at the workshop venue during the workshop. The participants that pay for themselves could optionally use this arrangement for 15 EUR per lunch.

Reception

Reception is organized on Tuesday evening, Oct 16. The cost for participants that pay for themselves is EUR 30.

Workshop dinner

Dinner is organized on Wednesday evening, Oct 17. The cost for participants that pay for themselves is EUR 40.
